Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey
Whey protein is essential for athletes and whey protein isolates are the purest form of whey. Every new bodybuilder always starts with whey, and there's a reason for that. One of the best things about this protein is it actually tastes good. Most protein powders taste horrible or they don't fully mix with the liquid, giving you an unappealing shake that you don't look forward to taking. However, this particular protein is offered in so many different flavors that there is bound to be one for you: Banana Cream, Chocolate Mint, French Vanilla Creme, Chocolate Coconut, and Chocolate Malt are just some of the many different flavors available. Many of my clients also experiment with adding this powder to foods such as all natural cookies, oatmeal, and so on.
The only negative thing about this type of protein is this: whey is made from milk. Milk is not natural and consuming too much of it can be very unhealthy, contrary to what your teachers told you when you were younger. I'm sure you've noticed that the majority of healthy snacks these days will proudly put "Dairy-Free" on their labels to indicate that they contain no milk, as this is a huge selling point because the majority of athletes these days just don't want to ingest something as unnatural and harmful as processed milk. Therefore, if I COULD find a better protein powder, I would try it.
This is the most interesting supplement I've ever tried. It's designed to increase your confidence. I've said this before and I'll say it again: confidence is ESSENTIAL in life, as it enables you to think positively, eliminate stress, achieve your goals, and to be more focused on your life. So when I heard about Superman Extreme, I wanted to try it to see if it worked.
My favorite thing about Superman Extreme is how simple it is. You take 1 pill a day, and that's it. You don't have to mix it with anything, you don't have to make it into a shake, you don't have to take it at a specific time or eat it with food. You just take 1 a day, and that's it.
Let me explain how it works. When you first take a Superman Extreme pill, you immediately feel a rush of arrogance (you think you're the best and you feel like you can do anything). This eventually turns into a more reasonable type of confidence, where you feel happier with yourself, more motivated, and more positive. And then the longer you take it, the better it works and you really find yourself feeling a lot more confident all the time. I've been taking it for a little while and I've definitely noticed amazing results. Furthermore, it's ALL NATURAL, which is obviously one of the most important factors, as it means a supplement is much healthier.
In the time I've been taking this supplement, I've become more confident, I'm happier, I think more positively and I almost never get angry or sad, and my wife has even said that she finds me more attractive now because I have a better attitude. And hey, you can't argue with that. I recommend this to EVERY one of my clients.
This is a product that my wife takes every day, so I wanted to check it out and review it on my website to make sure she was actually getting something healthy. Raspberry Ketones are designed to burn your fat. They've been featured on Dr. Oz and apparently he recommended them to his audience. They work predominantly using an ingredient called adiponectin, which helps regulates your metabolism by breaking down fat. People with more adiponectin are usually healthier and in better shape than people with less of it, so ingesting these supplements can definitely help you drop fat faster than simple dieting.
I was skeptical of this supplement at first because usually anything that promises fat loss is a little, for lack of a better word, shady. But after looking into it and seeing how it's helped my wife, I don't mind recommending it. Plus, it's all natural, which is great. I typically encourage my female clients to try it.
Fish oils are healthy because they are comprised of essential fatty acids, which promote a decrease in fat and cholesterol. If you don't have time to cook up a slab of salmon every day, these are your next best bet. These particular supplements are made with all natural, raw ingredients. If you're an elite athlete, I can't even begin to tell you the importance of ALL NATURAL supplements versus NOT natural supplements. The all natural ones are always superior: they work better, they work faster, and they're much healthier for you overall.
This is an interesting type of protein referred to as "sustained-release." This means the protein will be released into your body over time, rather than absorbed all at once. So you might take this before you go to sleep, or maybe even before school or work if you're unable to eat there. This type of protein ensures that your body never goes too long without fuel.
On the downside, it's highly unnatural. This mix contains ingredients like milk, whey, syrup, salt, sugar, soy, and all kinds of unhealthy substances. I sometimes recommend this product to people who need it, for example if their body is just breaking down their protein so fast that they can't even go to sleep without going into a catabolic state (losing muscle). However, I typically do not recommend it to most people as it's just too unnatural. I only include it here because it's one of the more popular protein supplements and I wanted to give my opinion so you don't jump into taking it without knowing all the facts.
To be honest, you can get much of the same sustained-release effects from a standard food like cottage cheese. I like to be completely honest about my feelings and findings when reporting on a new supplement, and I have NEVER recommended anything that I wouldn't take myself. Therefore, I usually do not recommend Phase8 unless the client is in absolute need of it.
Ginkgo Biloba is becoming more popular lately as people have started to discover how powerful it is. In an nutshell, it supports increased memory. If you've ever had a hard time remembering something, or if you've ever had that feeling that you forgot something but can't remember what it is, then this is definitely the product for you. I believe it's important to fuel your brain as well as your body: in fact, your brain is the MOST IMPORTANT thing, because it powers you and enables you to do everything you want to do. Without your brain, it wouldn't matter how big your muscles were.
The 2 best things are Ginkgo Biloba are: (1) It's 100% all natural. No milk, sugar, starch, gluten, wheat, yeast, artificial sweetener, flavor, or any of that trash. It's healthy. (2) It's an ingredient that you can actually find in other supplements as well. You don't just have to take Ginkgo Biloba by itself - for example, it's also contained in another of my favorite supplements: Superman Extreme (also reviewed on this site).
In my professional opinion, this is one of the most important ingredients you should be getting, and I highly recommend it.
